Christina Mark

Dr. Christina Mark earned her Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Florida in 2020. She completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health. She then continued to work at the Center for Behavioral Health as a Staff Psychologist for the next three years where she specialized in providing individual therapy for adults.


Drawing from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, Dr. Mark tailors interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Additionally, she believes in trauma-informed care, employing techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

Dr. Mark’s therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. She values providing a safe environment that fosters open communication and empowers her clients to embark on their journey towards healing and growth.
 

Dr. Mark is currently accepting individual therapy referrals for adults (19+).
