We are in-network providers for: 

Aetna (Narrow network & Nebraska Health Network), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Consociate Health, Elite Choice, First Choice Health, Humana, Medicare, Midlands Choice, Multiplan, Centivo/NFM, NX Health/Valenz Access, and

UMR (Methodist Employee plans only)

As of 5/1/2024, we are also network providers for Blueprint!

We are out-of-network providers with: 

United Healthcare, Tricare, Medicaid, Medica

We accept FSA/HSA payments and our treatment team can provide all necessary documentation to submit to insurance carriers and FSA/HSA plan managers.

 For those insurers not listed above, we can provide you with all necessary documentation to submit claims to your insurance carrier for out-of-network coverage benefits.  Regardless of network status, coverage for behavioral health is variable.  We advise all prospective and current clients/families who are seeking or are receiving services to contact your insurer for information about any out-of-pocket costs that could be incurred.
